Job Posting: General Laborer – Fence Installer

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About Us: Shane Fence is a reputable fence contractor specializing in the installation of chain link and high-security fences and gates. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, we proudly serve commercial, public, and industrial clients across Southern Ontario. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of chain link fences, high-security fences, and gates (task examples: dig or drill post holes, set posts, attach fence materials, install gates and hardware)

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.

• Use hand and power tools, operate machines and equipment.

• Follow all safety protocols on job sites.

• Travel with the crew to job sites (mostly across Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area).

  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, fencing, or gate installation is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Reliable transportation to report to the yard in Hamilton daily.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
